Love duet in ballet music (Romeo , Carmen, Spartakus..)
A lovers' duet of the most beautiful and celebrated classical ballets. The clock strikes twelve and Cinderella leaves the ball – but finally her prince finds her. In Swan Lake also the Prince overcomes all adversity to take his beloved Odette in his arms. Meanwhile the remorseless clock measures out time for the lovers whose love is frustrated by family rancour (Romeo and Juliet), for a heroic slave who fights in vain for freedom and the right to choose his own path in life and love (Spartacus), as well as for an untameable gipsy girl who loves but also longs for freedom (Carmen).
